Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping methods and delivery times

We usually ship our editions, prints and smaller artworks within Germany with DHL or an equivalent shipping service provider. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Sculptures and other delicate or large format works are packed individually and shipped by freight carrier or delivered personally. In these cases, the delivery terms will be arranged with you individually after purchase.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the size, weight and destination of the artwork.

For artworks shipped by freight carrier, you will receive a separate shipping quote after your order has been placed.

3. Local pickup

Local pickup in Berlin is available by arrangement.

4. Shipping outside Germany

We also offer shipping to other European countries upon request.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated individually. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can provide you with a suitable quote.

5. Packaging and insurance

All works are packed with the greatest care.

All shipped artworks are fully insured until delivery. Please inspect both the packaging and the artwork upon receipt and report any transport damage to us immediately at info@kubusundkugel.com.

6. Delivery delays

If delays occur due to external factors such as foundry production, freight transport, customs or weather conditions, we will inform you as soon as possible.
